THE ROLES OF MANAGEMENT, THE PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF WORKERS IN PUBLIC SERVICES (A CASE STUDY OF NATIONAL ELECTRIC POWER AUTHORITY, ENUGU)

ABSTRACT
This tedious task was burn due to the need establish the facts regarding the problems and prospects of workers in public services with particular reference with National Electric Power Authority Enugu questionnaire which seeks the opinion of mostly senior staff of the corporation.  Hence, our specific assignment is on the management side. We also x-ray the merit and demerits of the structural adjustment programme. Our random sampling was carried with the eastern area of the corporation while the major task was sort with management staff of the corporation at its zonal office in Enugu inorder to get a clear view of the organizations performance. At the end, we will come out with causes of the highlighted problems ad we shall be able to analysis them by discussing their solutions and make our recommendations accordingly.
