ABSTRACT This study aimed at examining and analyzing the Impact of Performance Evaluation in Staff Promotion. To be able to determine this, Beta Glass Plc was chosen as a case study. The researcher reveals that more time should be devoted to performance evaluation and part from external sources of recruitment where there is vacancy in the organization to fill; internal sources of qualified applicant should be first considered. This will serves as a sort of motivation and it will improve the morals of the employees and thus reduce labour turnover.
