ABSTRACT

The study was designed to investigate the impact of leadership and organization behaviour on employees' productivity. The specifics objectives of the study are: i to examine the relationship between motivation and leadership on the employee productivity, ii to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and leadership on the employee productivity. Hi to examine the relationship between worker empowerment and leadership on the employee productivity, iv to examine the relationship between emotional intelligent and leadership on the employee productivity to examine the relationship between social factor and leadership on the employee productivity. The study adopted cross sectional Survey method and non-experimental research design was also adopted in this study. Simple random sampling technique and purposive sampling technique was adopted in this study; from the conclusion of the findings of the study it was reveal that motivation, job satisfaction, worker empowerment, promotion, and cultural factor are the factors that increase employee productivity in an organization. The research findings revealed that there is relationship between motivation and leadership on employee productivity. It was also found from the research analysis that there is a relationship between job satisfaction and leadership on employee productivity. And final it let us know that there is relationship between cultural factor and leadership on employee productivity.
