The Impact of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance

ABSTRACT

 

This research work examined The Impact of Job Satisfaction dimensions on job performance among the staff of the Divisional Tax Centre in Buea, South West Region Cameroon.  A census was adopted to collect data from twenty eight (28) respondents through a survey questionnaire. Frequency tables, Bar Charts, Pie Charts, graphs and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient were used to analyze the data with the aid of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 20. The result showed that job satisfaction dimensions have significant effect on job performance and that the two variables (job satisfaction and job performance) are correlated to each other and the relationship is significant
