THE IMPACT OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY (ICT) ON FRAUD MANAGEMENT IN ACCESS BANK PLC GBOKO BENUE STATE

ABSTRACT

The study is centered on The Impact of Information Communication Technology on Fraud Management in Access Bank Plc Gboko, Benue state as a case study. The framework is built in five chapters. Thus, chapter one featured introduction of the research with information about background of the study, the statement of the problem, purpose of the study, significance and scope of the study as well as definition of terms peculiar to the study. Chapter two however deals with the review of documented evidence relevant to the study problem while in chapter three, discussion is centered on the methodologies of the study which include instrumentation, method of data collection and analysis among other things. In chapter four, the research presents the data collected from the findings and carried out analysis and interpretation of the results obtained from the research findings. The concluding chapter gives summary of findings with conclusion, recommendations and suggestions.
