ABSTRACT  The research was carried out in Enugu and the purpose was to determine the impact of communication on organizational efficiency.  Oral interviews and questionnaire developed by the researcher were the instrument for data collection. This study proved that the efficiency and effectiveness of an organization to co-ordinate its activity well depends on its level of communication network. For the study to come to a reasonable point data collected from primary and secondary sources were analyzed using rank order score.
