This research work focuses on the effect of inadequate human resources on the performance of government establishment. The aim is to determine the causes of this inadequacy of human resources, the effects of the inadequacy and what could be done to improve the human resources of government establishment. The research is an outcome of an intensive research. In the cause of this research, the researcher was able to articulate the objective of the study, statement of the problem, significant of the study and scope of the study in chapter one. Literature review and theoretical frame work were carried out in chapter two, while in chapter three treated the methodology, research design population of studying, instrument for data collection validity and reliability of instrument. Finally the researcher made several findings, recommendations and conclusion. The researcher work is highly interesting and educative.
