PETER OBI: OHANEZE NDIGBO'S TRUMP CARD

As Ambassador Obiozor gears towards consensus building, he must realize that the country has been mired in misrule and is in dire need of emancipation. And, Ndigbo, having been starved of the opportunity to partake in the national cake, must be ready to make a grand entrance once the opportunity presents itself in 2023. This means that the candidate the socio-cultural association will endorse must be a person without baggage, but someone whose antecedents can endear the entire nation to his candidature. Fortunately, Peter Obi’s record as Anambra State Governor puts him in good stead, as he is highly spoken of by Nigerians from other regions, just like my political economy professor, who is a northerner, made me to fall in love with him.
