ABSTRACT This extended essay present the issue of organogram as an important communication tool in business organization.  This project is divided into three chapters, chapter one is made up of the background of the study, statement of the problem and the object of the study.  Chapter two contain the review of the existing literature related to this project, development of management structure, role of the chief executive and the principle of good organization. Chapter three deal with summary, conclusions and recommendations.
