MOTIVATION AS A TOOL FOR IMPROVING EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE (A CASE STUDY OF ARFI BANK NIGERIA PLC ENUGU)

ABSTRACT 
No organization does not want to improve its efficiency or work out her output in this close there is need to establish ways of bringing out the best in its employed works. This necessitate the embarking on this study.Motivation as one of those tools for improving or positioning workers mind to positive realizing the organizational   aims and objectives   is treated in the work.However the purpose of the project/study include to determine how a staff or employee can best be motivated to increase his performance.  Just as AFRI BANK NIGERIA PLC Enugu main branch was chooses as the case study.
