ABSTRACT
The research was on monetization policy and workers productivity. A study of Nnamdi Azikiwe University Anambra State. In view of the above, the researcher adopted the descriptive survey design in analyzing the study from where hypothesis were drawn for the study. thirteen question item questionnaire was distributed, collected and analyzed and the following findings were made, that monetization policy played a vital role on workers’ productivity, that the policy has not affected workers productivity in the university among others; and thereafter made the following recommendations, that there should be the composition of monitoring and strategic committee, there should be continued education and enlightenment on the benefits of the policy to public officers and the entire citizen, and that sanctions and disciplinary measures should be taken against public officers that will stand against the implementation of the policy among others.
