ABSTRACT This study focuses on implication of inventory management on profitability of Uniliver Nigeria Plc. The problem facing the Uniliver Nigeria PLc are overstocking and under stocking. The study used both primary and secondary source of data collected. Questioner where used to elicit the view of the respondent whether inventory management has implication on the profitable Unliver Nigeria  plc .regression model was used in analyzing the data collected. In the finding of hypothesis one, Ho was accepted due to their is no significant relationship between effective inventory management and a firm profitability. Hypotheses two rejected Ho as aforestated and adopt the affirmative hypothesis H1 as overleaf. Hypotheses three Ho was accepted as aforestated and H1 was adopted as overleaf. in conclusion, the research wishes to pt that several factor affects the profitability of an enterprise including effectiveness and efficiency of the inventory management and control. The researcher herby recommended that organizational inventory related policies should be continually reviewed to ensure that short-term, medium- term  and long-term, inventory strategies have taken into consideration all issues relating to organizational goals and objectives
