ABSTRACTThe project work takes a look at the impact of Strategic Human Resourcesplanning on productivity in an organization using Consolidated Breweries Plc as acase study, however the research study makes use of primary data; questionnairesanalysis and the estimation technique adopted in the study is chi-square. Humanresources planning leads to employees’ performances in an organization, hence,the study concludes and recommends that manager’s time and attention is that ofimproving productivity in consolidated breweries is very important for bothsurvival and maintenance of profit margin of the company. Therefore the companyshould measure productivity on how well resources are combined and utilized toaccomplish specific desirable results to be able to achieve its objectives inorganizational needs articulate its strategies and carefully pursue them. In real lifesituations strategic planning and its application have the potentials of reviewingand sustaining corporate entities through increased productivity .Therefore topcompany management should engage only skilled personnel who would adoptscientific techniques to plan strategically
