This is the first book ever to be written on the history of Ihita-Okwe (Ihitte-Okwe) autonomous community located in Ngor-Okpala Local Government Area of Imo State.  The book is a nine-chapter module and treats issues such as the history of the community, migration, marriage, birth, (naming of a child), death, burial and widowhood rites and tradition, cultural dances and finally the issue of traditional ezeship in Igbo Land.  It is an interesting book for research and information.
