GLOBALISATION AS A BLESSING NOT A CURSE

ABSTRACT This Term Paper is aimed at discussing the Positive Impacts of Globalisation. The speed at which the effect of globalization is spreading is highly alarming and no nation can afford to be behind if such a nation is to maintain acceptable rate of growth and development. Globalisation involves national economies becoming increasingly inter-related and integrated. Globalisation has involved: Greater free trade, Greater movement of labour, increased capital flows, Growth of multi-national companies, increased integration of global trade cycle and many more which were discussed in this paper The paper is divided into four chapters: chapter one deals with the introduction, chapter two deals with the concept of globalization and features of globalization chapter three deals with globalization as a blessing not a curse  and the blessings brought by globalisation  chapter four deals with the positive impacts of globalization on Nigerian economy , conclusion  and recommendation for sustainable development in Nigeria in the face of globalization and finally the references.
