Follow up Email after Networking Event (template)

Events are a good place to meet new potential friends, business partners, collaborators etc. If you meet someone interesting at a networking event you may want to follow up the conversation you had. A simple follow up email can enable you take things forward from the event.

This sample follow up email is of three parts; the opening where you express your pleasure at making their acquintance during the event, the next part is where you indicate interest in taking your conversations further and in the third part you ask if they would like to discuss more and explore the possibilities further while suggesting a possible date (which of course will change if it is not feasible).
