Examine One Theory of Christian Leadership (e.g. Servant Leadership or Faith Leadership) and Critically Report the Potential for Such Leadership to Result in Improved Outcomes for Students

The purpose of this essay is to examine a model of servant leadership and critically report the potential for such leadership to result in improved outcomes for students in terms of pastoral care. As a pre-service teacher, I argue that adopting a servant leadership model will improve outcomes for students in terms of pastoral care. Having power for instead of having power over others is an important aspect of a leader and that by adopting such a principle leads to improve outcomes for pastoral care in terms of wellbeing, academic care, resilience and increasing social capital within the community.
