ABSTRACT
Most marketing, production, and manufacturing firms have the basic problem of information flow between the various departments within the organization.
This research is intended to highlight the role of a computerized marketing information system in Guinness (Nig) Plc Compare to the manual system of marketing. To identify the various problems involve in the existing marketing information system of Guinness (Nig) Plc is the purpose of this research and to the proffer solutions to them. Data were collected both by interview methods and observation method.  Marketing models had developed in this research as well as marketing system.  Secondly, the study also investigates how Guinness (Nig) Plc manages the marketing information system. Finally computer based marketing information system is suggested as a solution to more structured, efficient and effective marketing control.
