ABSTRACT This project presents a design and implementation of new advanced Securitypower control using Android power switch system that uses WiFi technology as anetwork infrastructure connecting its parts. The proposed system consists of twomain components; the first part is the server (web server), which presents systemcore that manages, controls, and monitors users’ home. Users and systemadministrator can locally (LAN) or remotely (internet) manages and control systemcode. Second part is hardware interface module, which provides appropriateinterface to actuator of home automation system. Unlike most of available homeautomation system in the market the proposed system is scalable that one servercan manage many hardware interface modules as long as it exists on WiFi networkcoverage. System supports a wide range of home automation devices like powermanagement components, and security components. The proposed system is betterfrom the scalability and flexibility point of view than the commercially availablehome automation systemprojectpresentsadesignandimplementationofnewadvancedSecurity
