MEANING OF SERVICE A service is consumed at the point of sales of service. It is transferring of goods, such as postal service, delivery mail and the use of expertise. Service can be also defined as “All action and reaction that customer perceive they have purchase. A service is an act or performance offered by on party to another. Although the process may be tied to a physical product, the performance is transitory, often intangible in nature and does not result in ownership of anything.
